Ok, so I caved on the KFC chicken.. but hey, I'm still under my RDI!! WOOOHOOO!! Just water from now until breakfast lol.

Went to the gym today for the first time in FOREVER. Worked mainly on cardio, and did a little bit of upper-body weight training. I'm going to the park to walk around here in a few minutes, and then I've still got some DDR and piping to do before the night is through.
