I’m sure the Keto diet works for most, however all of that fat cannot be good for your liver, gallbladder or colon. It has been said that Keto can cause diabetes and kidney failure. I prefer to eat like the European and Mediterranean lifestyles. Small unprocessed clean healthy meals with a lot of walking. America is eating at least 3X’s the amount of food each serving, not to mention the sodium intake, without excercising, plus alcohol consumption! We should eat a fist size portion of food. If we continue to eat that much sodium without sweating it out, we will be on BP medicines, such as hydrochlorothiazide and Lasix, which are diuretics, the rest of our lives. Americans are merely lab rats keeping the pharmaceuticals richer! EAT IN MODERATION and live a longer, happier and healthier lifestyle! ☯️☮️
