Had a great night out did drink a lot of alcohol so know my body is probably out of Ketosis again! Not overdone it on the NC though so I am pleased. My big cooked brunch at my friends house she also served it with fresh crusty bread,butter baked beans with hash browns and chips...I was so hungry but I just had the sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and eggs. I hope this one night out doesn't affect my weight loss too much. My body seems to be so resistant to losing weight.
