Not a good weekend for eating, as usual, but I was fairly active, so I'm glad for that. I had to catch up on some sleep this morning from my active weekend, so I didn't get my workout in, but I will get up tomorrow to get it done.
I have yet to see that 127 on my scale, so my I'm really wanting to cut my carbs down a little more and be more consistent with it. I think the inconsistency with my eating is really what is doing me in. I was doing well with eating fruits and veggies for snacks and now I've been going for the easy 100 cal packs and things like that. Now that it's getting closer to the holidays I really need to crack down on that and watch my carb content. I'm proud of myself for being as low as I am, but I'm not to my goal yet so I still have some work to do.
My son's last soccer game is tonight, so I will have my Monday evenings back after this. Woo Hoo! Not that I don't enjoy watching him play, but it's getting cool out in the evenings and my joints are hurting with the cooler temps. And, when I miss a workout in the a.m. I may be able to get it done in the evening now.

I think it's become more routine than motivation. I do try to find events to keep me motivated, like the upcoming holidays, I want to be able to look good in a new Thanksgiving and Christmas outfit.
