Labeling myself has kept me down! No...I am not an emotional eater! I am not a over eater. I am not Fat! I'm not Lazy! I am defiantly not addicted to food! I DO love myself and only had a temporary problem that I have to continue to work on until the problem is permanently solved! I am beautiful, smart, caring, happy, a great problem solver, and most importantly LOVED! Oh....I gettn it alright! I mean too much to kill myself through FOOD! BOOM!
