I have a serious problem when it comes to snacking 😭. I ate some trail mix, then an apple, a tablespoon of peanut butter and some beef jerky....each one by itself isn't that bad, but they all start to add up. I wasn't satisfied until I ate one of the no bake peanut butter/oatmeal cookies that my husband made last night that O had been wanting all day. Maybe I should have just ate that in the first place? Snacking is my biggest struggle, if anyone has any tips, I would greatly appreciate them!

If You are hungry and it’s late You may drink water, sounds rediculous but it makes You feel like You want to eat less and works for me! If I want to eat a snack It never finish on one so I cannot eat them

I was also a snacker out of control, you just don't realize how much you're consuming with all the mindless snacking during the day... so in April this year I stopped snacking all together. 3 meals a day, period. And since then I dropped 19Kg. Whee :) You must do what works for you! Just dropping my experience here. Removing the snacking completely and not being stressed about that factor anymore helped me.

I struggle with snacking too! I'm trying to prevent portion snacks so I can't under estimate what I eat and planning my day so I already know what snacks I am going to eat for the day. the rest is just will power so sometimes I do great and sometimes I over snack

instead of no bake oatmeal cookies look at eat this not that... I found steel cut oatmeal with a teaspoon of LOCAL honey to be just as satisfying but Im with you on the snacking its a hard one, I graze to much, they say its good but not to the extent that I do it, but one thing I have found on my weight loss journey is sticking to natural and organic (hate that word it just seems to increase price not quality) so lets say clean eating has helped me to loose pounds, nothing fat free, or sugar free, there are chemicals in those items that sabatoge our diets, took me 53 years to learn that LOL

Snacking! The ultimate sabotage! If I snack too much, I count it as my meal and skip the next one(lunch or dinner).

I kind of found my personal miracle cure for snacking - snacking on extremely low-calorie stuff. For example, I like cherry tomatoes. A pack of cherry tomatoes adds up to, like, 45kcal! Fish-eggs on cucumber is another one. As light, but also packing quite its share of protein. Make a list of the super-light snacks you like and use that

Personally, I admitted to myself two years ago that I wasn't going to eat less, so it just became a matter of eating different

snacking is just about one of the most difficult struggles. when u go shopping, shop for urself, i love chocolate creamy yogurts and sweets, there are plenty of " friendly" snacks, for example, i love oatmeal, i but the super grain , which contains flax, quinoa, etc...but it satifies certain sweet cravings there are ice creams example skinny cow, protein bars, sandwiches, etc.. different flavors to take care of that mental craving .. when i shop i nit only think of the good healthy , protein filled foods but snacks as well. u will find that eventually all ur snacks are healthy nd satify the crave.
