Three Bakers cheese crackers gave me reflux and indigestion. I tried them for the first time and they tasted good but I spent the evening sick. I’m not usually sick so I guess that the new crackers did it.
49.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
