Kind of a low calorie burn day... we are packing up the house slowly but surely so I did that for a while today. Nothing too serious, but whatever. Whatever we can get packed and moved to the storage unit will help us get outta here faster. The sellers agreed to replace the septic system, so appraisal has been ordered and hopefully we can close ASAP. We REALLY don't want to have to pay another month to our jackass landlord here... so we're trying to get everything done as fast as possible. Seems like the sellers want to move fast as well so that helps.

So, I was kind of lazy today and I don't think I'm going to workout tonight. I don't know why, but it's just not in me today. Seems that at least one day a week I end up just sitting on my butt - and I really hope that isn't the reason I'm stuck on this weight... bleh. I seriously don't know what to do about it. I might try and drop my calories again, or maybe just chalk it up to stress. You know, I don't even know if I feel stressed anymore - maybe I'm always stressed... I do suffer from anxiety, so maybe I'm just used to feeling like that and I don't even know it.

I gotta get my weight moving again... it's disheartening.

Hi there...sounds like things are moving along with the house. I hope your appraisal is soon. I know how badly you want out of the place you're living. Really smart of you to begin the packing up. I think it would take a couple of months to pack all the crap we have around here! As for sitting on your butt once a week, I think it's more than okay to do. ESPECIALLY at your age! You can afford to take a day off. Stop being so hard on my friend! : ) I think it's hard to differentiate between anxiety and stress sometimes. I mean, they seem intertwined, you know? And woman, I don't know HOW you could deal with all that's going on now and NOT be stressed. These are major life decisions, on top of everything else you're dealing with. AND losing weight, AND exercising. And school, and a boyfriend (hopefully he's a support system....but he's still a man! : ) Anyway, there's a lot going on there. _____________________________________________My weight was up a lb today, but I didn't record it. No way could I gain a lb in one day eating a couple hundred calories more than I burned. I ate a lot of crap yesterday and almost no exercise at all. Doing better now, though...
