Just went out to dinner had a ribeye steak and salad with blu ch dressing i did have a glass of wine i hope that is ok this is my 2nd day i feel so full i hope this diet works

no wine.... your body stops burning the fat and immediately starts to burn the alcohol. It can stop the process all together and it can take days to re-enter ketosis. My husband kept having low carb beer and noticed he would fall out of ketosis for days after... but yes to the beef and salad..
