Bad day yesterday! Day after party and I had major fall from grace! Not sure how to proceed. Not hungry right now. Might wait till I feel hunger before first meal. Going back to basics. Going to keep meals simple, simple, simple. Went up 4 lbs. over weekend, blood sugar up to 160 this morning. This binge snuck up on me. I aced the party and totally crashed the day after! Live & learn. Today I’m back and determined as ever to see this through. My health depends on this!
