Well, i have been doing good thus far! Iv had a few cheat meals here and there but i feel that they have helped more then harmed. Im hoping to be down to 150 by Halloween so i can wear a skimpy little outfit for the zone ball. Lets see that would be about 6.5 months and all im looking to loose is 44 more lbs. Thats only 7 lbs a month. I know i can do it!!
Up until this point i have been eating alot of veggies, hotdogs ( in moderation) meatballs, cheese, AND..... i think thats about it. I was getting sick of all of it and began to starve myself until i found this website today through a friend. Thank Golly!! I have found alot of GREAT recipes and i am EAGER to try them! My hope hath been restored!! Thank you SARA!!

Good for you. I have found this to be a good website, also -- and I have found some supportive buddies who are helping me stay with it (so far). I think you will like the on line food diary and exercise log, too. They are VERY user friendly, and have a big data base of foods. Your photo is too cute, by the way. That IS you, right? Diane.
