Well, today was awful from the word 'go'. First, my alarm clock didn't go off, so I didn't get up and go walking. Then, after a series of mini-disasters (dropping the tray to the high chair on my toe, my dog drinking my breakfast, bruising my ankle while swimming, etc), I decided to give up. The only thing that I did today that would be considered productive towards my diet is drink water. I'm going to bed now in hopes that tomorrow will be better.
