Back to basics. I am going to reverse this program until I see some results. I have weighed again since my 4 pounds gain and the 4 are gone. Now I just have to lose the other 20. I know I can do this. No big deal. Must keep a closer eye on my snacking, and calorie intake. And I really need to drink some water, a lot of water.

More vegetables, and that should be easy my husband prepared a salad bar for me on the weekend and we put the rest into containers and it makes it easy to prepare a salad in the morning for work while the motivation is there.

I know how great I am going to feel at my goal, personal satisfaction plus actual physical well being.

Yes, water, water, water! :) It's helped me more than I ever thought it would. So nice to have salads on-the-go! Very important to stay prepared! I think you have a great plan! Good luck to you!

Yes, planning/prepping ahead is a dream. Great choice. You are close to your goal. Keep your eye on the prize. Good job.

WATER is great -- I try to keep a cup w/straw filled constantly. Helps me to get in those sips! You're doing great and as you get closer to goal it is amazing how the little things can make a big impact. For me, it has been watching my *carb creep* and NO eating after dinnertime - none!
