There’s a 5 second rule and it goes like this, if you think a negative thought, change you’re thoughts to a positive one right away under 5 seconds. If you keep doing this you end up controlling your mind much faster and the positivity comes more and more. I’ve been using this technique for some time now and wow does it ever work. It can change how your day turns out to be a more productive positive day!! 😃🙏🏼
