Blasted through the Spartacus workout again and felt much better. I added 5 more exercises to it and did it three times. Wow, almost 800 calories in 45 minutes. Great workout!

What is this Spartacus workout you speak of??? Have you seen Spartacus, the Starz series? I love that show for less than innocent reasons ;)

Hey k8yk, sorry i have been away for a few days while in Chicago. Yes it is they workout that they do to stay in the shape for the show Spartacus. It is awesome! You can find it on menshealth.com. If not let me know and I will send you the workout plan.
