Day one is through. You'll notice none of what I did was entirely healthy or active, but that was somewhat intended. I wanted a day of 'normalcy' to look back on to see in writing what exactly needed changing. I tried my best to not even think about the diet plan, to just have a normal day with all of my bad habits out in the open. Now that I have that, it's on to the real stuff.. and that starts with at least 6-8 hours of good sleep.
I left out one thing from dinner, btw.. I wasn't exactly sure of the calories or anything so I just left it blank, but I had 'Crispy Fried Beef' with rice and a Sam Adams at the Gui Lin. It had to be at LEAST two servings worth, and I'm guessing my caloric intake for the day was pretty close to 3000. Gotta pare that down some..
