Question: Is it okay that I am addicted to Crystal Lite's Peach Tea?
I know I should be drinking water, but this does keep my sweet tooth in line, and boy, that's one large tooth! I really do not drink pop, unless I am out to eat, and then it's diet coke. I am picky about the water I drink when I am out, simply because of the mineral-y taste. Even adding lemon or lime doesn't cut it.

Just check the calories -- I think they have 5 calories per 8 ounces (that does add up if you drink 100 ounces/day!) Also it's a lot of artificial sweetener to consume in a day. (Not trying to preach here, just something to consider - I'm sure it is ok in moderation, just don't over do it!)
