Glad to see I'm down another pound -- I started Atkins at 222 lbs. that's a total of 6lbs lost in 4 weeks. Not too bad! But of course I'm always hoping for more. Never satisfied, I guess. It's just that there's such a long way to go before Oct. 16 -- my step-granddaughter's wedding day.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
