Okay, so last night was an eating disaster!!! So try, try again... I am journaling EVERYTHING that I eat! Well, maybe except gum. ;) It's 3:00 and I am home from work for the weekend. This is my super, duper hard time. My super-d-duper hard time is from 8:00 to 10:00 at night. So...I hope to make it through my toughest stretches of the day. I had intended to visit my daughter tomorrow, but she texted to say she is home sick. Rats!! I will have the house to myself, and as the weekends alone go, I do very well in the eating department. I pick up, do the laundry and dishes, and then read (! my fave !) to my hearts content. Evenings might be tough, but I pray to plow through them. One thing that ALWAYS helps me is an old recipe from Weight Watchers. It's a spin on chili, but it's made with V8, kidney beans (or any beans would work), onions, hamburger (which I leave out), and then as the kicker (!), shredded cabbage, like you would use for cole slaw. I love it, my husband loves it, and I always lose weight when I eat it. Go figure. Have a great weekend, and to my only "buddy" here, I'll keep you in my "good eating" thoughts....Love ya!
