Well,it's Friday and I can't really say I've had a successfull first week. I did well M-w but then lost steam. I'm going to take the weekend to regroup and start again on Mon. Amazingly enough though I only gained 2 lbs from my loss of willpower.
I can do this,I will do this,it's time.

If you look at this positively, you've actually LOST 2lbs from your first weigh-in on the 6th April... so that's fantastic in only 5 days! So don't feel a bit defeated by those daily fluctuations... as it's perfectly normal for the scales to show ups and downs if we weigh ourselves on a regular basis. Usually it takes me about 4 days to drop anything... sometimes longer, but again that's pretty normal, as we need to use 3500 calories to lose 1lb. You just keep up the great work there... even on the weekend, as you really are doing absolutely fine, so don't be so hard on yourself! ;o)
