Well, here we go again. I cannot tell you how many times I have "dieted", "eaten healthy", or whatever they call it these days! I am terribly overweight, have oesteoarthritis in my back, fibromyalsia, and I truly need help.
My husband has been so wonderfully commited to losing weight, that he actually lives on a salad for every supper. I have gotten to the point that I cringe at the sight of lettuce or raw vegetables. It used to be that we would cook together and eat healthly to lose weight. Now, I fend for myself. Generally, I will eat a light supper, but then start to snack after that until bedtime. A 100 calorie snack here, another 100 calorie snack there, and finally I have consumed about 500 calories!! EEK!
I joined this site at the request of my sister. Well...actually, I have been on this site before, at the request of another sister....see? I tend to go around in circles!
If you have any wonderful words of wisdom, please drop me a line. I would love to hear some upbeat plea for me to lose weight! :)
