Hi everyone. Just wanted to drop in to say hello! It has been a week from the underworld! I am back to work after travelling for almost three weeks and BAD things happened while I was out! My work computer crashed, so I came back to a new PC and lovely flat screen, but now I have no favorites in my email, some documents, but no Outlook contact book for emails...I have been spending the week putting it all back together.
I am back on the detox phase of Fat Smash, not for any reason other than loving the fresh fruits and veggies that I can get right now here in Maryland at roadside stands and at the grocery store. I am working out religiously again and feeling great about myself. I am back on the Farina in the morning! I add a banana and Splenda brown sugar and it tastes like creme brulee or banana foster. Try it!
Life is good and I am glad to be home. In one month, I will be back on the road heading to Dallas!
