So today is the first day of trying this app. I'm starting because I joined a scientific study tracking motivation and usage of this app. I have to say, while I already really wanted to lose 10 pounds, I hate tracking calories. It's so annoying and difficult to find something that matches up with my home cooked meals. I buy next to no processed foods, so every single meal I eat I feel like I'll have to add each ingredient individually.

Well, it's only day 1, so I'm going to keep at it. I'm willing to try this because my diet change alone hasn't worked. Since removing almost all foods with added sugar and some foods naturally high in sugar (white bread/pasta, juice, etc) I've been feeling a lot better about myself, but my weight hasn't budged a single pound. I KNOW I put on the weight by indulging in desserts and pasta almost every day for 2 years... So I thought cutting out all the junk would start me back down the rode to my previous weight of 130. I guess it's going to take a lot more time and also some exercise.
