Good morning, fs, happy hump day!

All the debauchery is beginning to catch up with me. Unofficial scale hop has me up 7#. BUT, i figured out my workout plan and i did t25 and cize yesterday. I had too much pizza and too much vodka last night, but i wore a dress i haven't worn in about a decade and i won the scrabble game. We are a competitive lot, lol. Feeling it this morning.

Rm went off to work a little after 7. He got his job in November and they said it would pick up in January, which seems to be happening, which is good. It is like -10 with windchill today, and i plan to go nowhere.

I am practicing creative cooking with what i have. My fridge is practically empty, but i have some staples and some stuff in the freezer. I ate my way through a ton of lettuce in the last week and a half! Planning a big trader joe's run later in the week. taking a page from peeper and nike's book and taking more time on the front end with my list, rather than winging it and impulse shopping. still costs a lot but i don't get home with 8 bags of groceries and feel like there is nothing to eat. Also planning to finally join costco this year, in alignment with my financial and organizing goals for this year.

I am feeling like a pudgy peanut. But really trying to recognize i have made progress in the last year. I know i keep saying it, but it is good to go slow, and good for my mind to have time to catch up to my body. also feeling so blessed to be able to control my time and environment. No one leaving free food all over the place at my home office!

Love that shirt and congrats on the scrabble game and THE DRESS!! Started to tackle getting my place organized yesterday - between that and the frig clean out I feel like I am channeling you - so feel free to keep being inspirational :) Enjoy that creative cooking - some of my best dishes are made with 'there's nothing in this house to eat' stuff. I watched The Marvelous Mrs Maisel the other day and she went to a gym in the 1950s. And wiggling was a big part of their exercise routine.

Ty @momma! Nice to see you here! @nike, hope you have a great day too. Keep us posted on your clean out. I don't know why, but i am pleasantly surprised at how many ppl here are working on getting organized. I always feel like the only one. Admittedly things got quite out of hand for awhile there, but we just keep chipping away at it. @liv, i am watching mrs maisel too and i saw that scene! Somehow i managed to royally screw up the order. (i watched the pilot, then did not notice i was watching season 2 for like 5 episodes! Then i went back to s1. Now i am back to s2. I blame amazon for letting me watch it out of order.) I look so much more like suzy than midge. I must say i am annoyed by how tiny she is.

Put a FoodSaver in your budget if you are going to Costco. Then you can purchase specials at the regular grocery store. The idea is to purchase the protein when it is on sale....
