Good Tuesday morning, fs!

I kinda binged last night. Way past eating window and way over calories. Eating my feelings and anxiety. Is there an echo in here? We ended up not doing errands yesterday so we have to do them today. I have eaten all our food.

I kinda sketched out my workout plan. Basically it is six days a week, rotating through dance, strength training and elliptical. Five hours a week total. It seems reasonable to me. Just going to try to focus on fun/enjoyment and not on expecting perfection. Mila Lite, who was here when i joined, had a post about if something is worth doing, it is worth doing badly. Boy has that ever stuck with me! What a gem.

Jen, I am in the same boat! You are ding something and you will get to where you want to be, it's just taking some time. I was channeling you yesterday and cleaned out our frig freezer! Still have to clean out the big freezer, but at least got something done. I am still working on my goals list. Remember, focus on the end result and how far you've come. 👍

You must be an inspiration because, like Becca, I cleaned out the frig and freezer after reading you did it :) Love the 5 hours a week for working out - that is still way more than most people do!! Hope the anxiety goes away soon. I find that journaling what I'm really feeling and why helps make it easier to deal with - it feels freeing not keeping it hidden inside and people here have been very supportive - I used to keep it all to myself but that made everything worse

Haha, if you told me i would someday be associated with cleaning out the freezer i would never have believed it, but happy to inspire, lol.
