Been in a stall since the middle of December. At least I didn't gain a few pounds. measurements still continue to go down despite the stall on the scale.
Going back to including IF (16/8) since I am now back to work after 2 weeks off.
Morning Glucose still high (124) despite eating low carb. Ketones were very low (0.1). Would like to see my glucose numbers improve.
