Today is a new start, a new year and a new challenge. I never thought i’ll be able to say this. But yes, i hit my Goal of loosing 20kg’s. In 5 months. My ideal body weight should be 55kg. Which i think is crazy considering i’m a gym bunny.It wasn’t easy but i have to say it was easier than i thought it would be. I’ve also set myself another Goal. I wanna get on a stage and do a body competition. 🤕 I have realized you have to set Goals and challenges for yourself. Here’s to all you guys, you’ve helped me more than you know. Keep pushing and don’t be to hard on yourself. Happy new Year and Happy new YOU 😉🍾🥂

unbelievable! I am both proud of a members success and a little envious. take that as a compliment.. we all want to self-achieve and shown some hard facts when ppl actually get there. because it's clearly possible! so pleased for you and stay fit and healthy

Thank you are to sweet. I will deffinatly stay on track. Today i set all my plans in motions for my goal. Got my trainer and got the nutritionist. So ready for this.

@Steyn.Odette I dont want so sound crazy but it was easy. Because my mindset was right. In the beginning i said no to anything containing carbs or sugar. That was difficult in the beginning, The office ladies had these amazing lunch get togethers - Pizza , burgers, slap chips .... and i just said no. I ate my tuna and salad ... The best feeling was when i heard some ladies talking in the bathroom about me ... and how they dont want me to look better than them... i cant be pretty and skinny.... whahaha. I then realized all this is not going to be for nothing ... i’m going to show everyone that im not going to be judged my a phase i went though ... next moment the whole office was on a diet ... and i was doing great. Loosing 2kg’s a week. Eating right is 80% —- excersise is 20% - together it makes 100% dedication.

😉 good on you!! I did it once, I am sure I can do it again. For me I hate being the fat one in my family. The plus this time is that my husband is on board with me. Thank you for your inspiration. Do you follow a specific eating plan?

@ Odette Not last year , but I now need to take it to the next level. So i’ve joined an online trainer and dietitian to help me .
