Needless to say the past 54 days didn’t go so well, Between the holidays and emotional eating I managed to gain back a little over 5lbs, but regardless I’m still 13.8lbs lighter today then I was January 1st 2018, better than nothing right?
I sprained my ankle 3 months ago and it’s finally feeling almost 100%, time to attempt getting back into Zumba I think 😁
Oh and not to mention My cousin got engaged and I’m her maid of honour, all the more reason to drop some more lbs!
