start the morning off with a pint of water with a tablespoon of lemon juice and mainly having a good filling meat free healthy breakfast..... a tin of soup with a roll for lunch....and a healthy dinner before 6.30pm and just cut out the rubbish we know we shouldn't have...most important... ditch that sugar...absolute poison.

Got to admit sugar is a constant battle...I tend to use in small quantities when I need it ...honey that I get from a Freind who keeps his own bees.
