I am feeling better in the mornings, I don't feel like I am dragging myself out of bed. My weight is starting to come off and my stomach feels lighter. I guess what I needed to do was slow down with what I ahve been consuming. Now that I record everything on fs I pay attention to more about what I have been eating/drinking. Have a great day
