Just added my first day of food diet entries, did well except for the spanish frozen entree for dinner,I'll have to choose wiser entrees in the future.

It's amazing how eye opening it is to realize how many points are in one little package! Don't give up. Awareness has been part of my success (even though I've only been at it two weeks)
