I had a very busy, stressful week with school/work which led me to eat.. A LOT! After this week i will be done with exams and will have more time to plan my meals. I am getting extremely bored of what i am eating. i always feel like i'm either eating a frozen ww meal, a bologna sandwich, tuna, homemade burritos, toast, or eggs. I eat these things because they are quick and easy to make. Does anybody have anything else thats quick, easy and pt friendly?? even if its just a different way to make something that i already make. I'm starting to loove the gym and am using various types of cardio machines which gives me a variety of things to do. I haven't been going as much as id like to, but the least i go is 3 times a week which isn't too bad. When school is not so hectic i can't wait to start taking some spinning and yoga classes!!

I am a big burrito person just a tortilla and black beans with some salsa and some white rice. It is pretty point friendly and of course you can have fun with it. Spice it up and make it fun. What I do is I put a little evoo at the bottom of a frying pan, throw on some minced garlic and then the beans, salsa and spices, then I mash it all up and put it in a low carb tortilla with rice. It is fairly quick and I like it. It sounds gross I know lol but you might like it.
