Hey ToolMan52, I just noticed your request for recipe. Nothing fancy, just 1 can of Kirkland Albacore tuna (Costco - I like Kirkland because more tuna per can), 5 TB mayo (store bought - I plan on making my own in future with quality fat), 1 medium stalk celery finely diced, 1/4 cup diced onion, 1/2 tsp. salt & dash pepper. Fork shred tuna, add mayo blending until creamy, add remaining ingredients mixing well and scoop 1/3 mixture on butterhead or leaf lettuce. Dice 1 slice of tomato, place on top and lightly salt.

If your doing Keto like me, 1/2 a bell pepper is to many carbs. I stick to 20 or under a day. But sure does sound good.

@toolman52 you don't even hsve to cook it up, you can eat tuna straight out of a can

mix tuna lemon juice and chopped onion in bowl you can add celery if you want too, take a bell pepper cut it in half from top to bottom remove insides and seeds and put the tuna mix into it

What’s that you say FatMike123 ? Tuna comes already in a can ? 🤔. I was really asking about the bell peppers I’ve always eaten them stuffed and cooked except in a salad. I think I can just heat them in the oven or in a skillet for 15 minutes. Thanks for your response I do appreciate it. Keep on going you got a lot of support here. 😁

@Danielle_Dibbs I rather make my keto coffee for bulletproof coffee from scratch one cup of coffee 1 tbsp of butter 1 tbsp coconut oil stevia to sweeten to taste and make sure you blend it! easy breezy and really tasty. you can also add things like cinnamon organic cocoa or pumpkin spice if you like.
