Well I hit the gym early again today and have to say, I am very happy with the results. Had sets of 450, 540. 630, and 720 ten times for the leg sled and a great all around workout. I even pushed myself to hit the elliptical for 15 min instead of 10....(it was leg day and I usually can barely walk out of the gym when I am done). I had 2 people ask me how much weight I had lost today....talk about making you feel good. I will be posting some new pics soon!
