Still feeling ill. Wondering if it is menopause? Feels like the flu-very achy and my skin is so sensitive-everything hurts. 3 hrs sleep last night. Birthday today and I just want to hide in a dark corner. Walked to work this morning though-not having my car around helped. Otherwise, I would not have exercised at all today. Had a non fat latte as a medicinal and a birthday treat. I did not mean to eat so few calories yesterday. I had no appetite really and what I did eat was very much because I was hoping it would help me feel better. I HATE feeling like this. I have so much to get done and have to work tomorrow. Can you say "pity party'?

Happy Birthday! Hopefully you don't have the flu...I had it, and had those symptoms....and let me tell you, I was flat on my back for 5 days as a result. Do you have a fever?? I had one that started on Monday of 101...and then got up to 102 over the next few days...then finally broke on Friday. Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks Everyone. it does help enormously to have support and kind words....Feeling the same and waiting for my SO to pick me up to go home. I want to be in my pj's so badly. I cannot wait to take off my bra! It feels like it is 2 sizes too small today! Ate tomato soup at Nordstrom's with best friend-its our bday treat and I could not say no...feel yuchy now though! Not sure if I have a fever. Will take temp at home.
