So I didn't end up swimming today, because we got to mom's too late and we were looking at old photos. I walked to the gym this morning which is 4 miles each way and then jogged on the treadmill for 38 min to do my new best time for a 5k. I want to be able to do a 5k in 30 min. After treadmill I did spin class and then walked the 4 miles back home. Dinner at moms tonight was BBQ chicken, mac n cheese, green peas and lemon cake for dessert. I had enough calories left to enjoy. :)

Dang! And I thought my hour at the gym 30 treadmill/30 weights was a lot. You are one fit chick!

WOW! Awesome! I'm impressed and a little jealous! My Body Pump class this morning almost killed me :) I can hardly walk... Good for you!

Thanks :) Neptunebch - Your hour at the gym is a lot and more than a lot of people do. Be proud of the fact that you did that hour of exercise, because every bit helps us get closer to our goals. :D And Tracy, same goes for you...I bet you felt very good about the class when you finished it. There are days that I don't feel like exercising and I am sore from a workout, but I keep pushing myself and there is a little voice that I hear now (thanks to my buddy HCB :), that says come on Kim, you can do this, "butt-kick" yourself to those goals!!!
