Day four back on track. It's so hard to get motivated to work out now after not having done it in two weeks, and its so hot now. I'm going to force myself to do my interval training Dvd. I hope I can get back to where I was sooner rather than later. I won't be happy until I have lost more than the weight I gained back.

hot an humid here to...so doing workouts in the morning before the sun comes up is working great, then just a matter of talking to myself and telling myslf that if i dont exercise then i cant expect to ever reach my mini goals...and besides after a workout im always glad i did it...you just need to set up a routine you can follow an stick with it...
