I feel so poorly! EVERY JOINT ACHES Had pain in my lower ab and was bloated this afternoon. That horrible feeling you have to pee all the time. Had two clients end of day, so had to sit still for 2 hrs straight. Torture! Tomorrow is my birthday (another thing that hurts). I cancelled my trainer for the morning as not sure if I am really ill or if it is a passing old age thing. I will go to the gym later in the day if I feel better in the morning.
