Added a 100 cal dark chocolate bar to my food today b/c I'm already starting to go nuts. I've been stalking a pack of saltine crackers all day like a damn lion! If I didn't add the chocolate I think I would have done something really stupid.

I just took out 1/2 my serving of refried beans & 1/2 a string cheese to make it work. I've been trying to go w/o inorder to get the scale to move down b/c it's been moving up over the last few days. Really really really really hoping it's a muscle gain = )

Just a little bit of chocolate goes a long way! I'm pretty sure I eat chocolate everyday lol. Sometimes its a piece of dark chocolate or in the form of these delicious FiberPlus Chewy Bars. They're good and I don't feel deprived at all. It keeps me from losing my mind lol.

Step away from the crackers....a little bit of anything isn't gonna make you fat...remember that the key is "a little bit". You're doing great!!!

I know, moderation but carbs are my weakness. It's not like I'm a huge fan of saltines, but seeing them sitting there & eating very low carb, makes me crazy about them. I did eat 1 then quickly had to grab the snack I had planned to eat to keep from eating anymore. And yes, dark chocolate, 60% or more, is better for you than processed milk chocolate b/c of the natural antioxidents it contains. Thus the fact that european chocolate is so much better b/c it's far less processed than it is here = )
