Added a 100 cal dark chocolate bar to my food today b/c I'm already starting to go nuts. I've been stalking a pack of saltine crackers all day like a damn lion! If I didn't add the chocolate I think I would have done something really stupid.

I just took out 1/2 my serving of refried beans & 1/2 a string cheese to make it work. I've been trying to go w/o inorder to get the scale to move down b/c it's been moving up over the last few days. Really really really really hoping it's a muscle gain = )

Just a little bit of chocolate goes a long way! I'm pretty sure I eat chocolate everyday lol. Sometimes its a piece of dark chocolate or in the form of these delicious FiberPlus Chewy Bars. They're good and I don't feel deprived at all. It keeps me from losing my mind lol.

I know, moderation but carbs are my weakness. It's not like I'm a huge fan of saltines, but seeing them sitting there & eating very low carb, makes me crazy about them. I did eat 1 then quickly had to grab the snack I had planned to eat to keep from eating anymore.
And yes, dark chocolate, 60% or more, is better for you than processed milk chocolate b/c of the natural antioxidents it contains. Thus the fact that european chocolate is so much better b/c it's far less processed than it is here = )
