Well it's Friday. I got to the gym this morning. Had a great workout. Going to a funeral this weekend for a dear friend. Not looking forward to that but will not use it as an excuse to eat badly. Going to put together a weight lifting plan for next week. I want to change up my workouts a bit. Think I'll dig thru some of my body for life books to get a few ideas.
