So, I had my weight yo-yoing up and down since March. My A1C was 11.8, it is now 7.1. I am not doing a thing different except not eating as much in one sitting and I cut my meals down to 2 a day. I am walking alot more but alot of pain from my neck and back make so that I can't walk every day. However I am glad I have came down by so much. Wish me luck.
