Well, fell off the wagon AGAIN!!! But met my little sister for lunch yesterday and got the kick in the pants I've needed. She is 2 years younger than I am and she LOOKS 10 years older!!! She has recently been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and along with her high blood pressures and other issues, she is really not doing well at all. I don't want to be in her shoes, my RA is problem enough, so I am going back hard.
