Well I am definately committed to Atkins now.. I have developed Type 2 diabetes. I am diet controlled since I am breastfeeding. SO far I am doing well. I do have to log my foods daily now.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
