You are back on track and that is what counts! Forget those 2 days and look towards the future! You are doing great and I know you will continue to do so! I really have no suggestions food wise for you, but I can strongly suggest, that no matter what you decide to eat cut the portion down....that is kind of where I am at right now, when I do eat something that I really shouldn't I cut the portion size down. I think weekends are tough on all of us, but if we stick with that we should all be just fine! Best of luck and keep up the great work!
