I fell off the wagon on sunday and monday. however, i got back on course yesterday and today all is well. My weigh-in day is tomorrow but I think I'll forgo the weigh in till friday. I have birthday dinner to attend on Saturday. I believe I am going to a Cuban restaurant. Does anyone have any suggestions?? i want to stick to the diet as much as I can during the weekend, when I tend to stray.

You are back on track and that is what counts! Forget those 2 days and look towards the future! You are doing great and I know you will continue to do so! I really have no suggestions food wise for you, but I can strongly suggest, that no matter what you decide to eat cut the portion down....that is kind of where I am at right now, when I do eat something that I really shouldn't I cut the portion size down. I think weekends are tough on all of us, but if we stick with that we should all be just fine! Best of luck and keep up the great work!
