Made my second MIM, this one the classic cinnamon MIM (though I used 1/2 tsp rather than a one one). I sliced it and toasted it in the toaster oven and put cream cheese on it. Toasting it takes out the excess mushiness and makes it actually quite good. I will definitely make these again!
