Ashley's pizza is my weaknesses 🍕 So I try to lower my calories for a few days and plan for an indulgence where I can prep my favorite foods.
Just curious does anyone else do this?

Make fathead pizza regardless of if u r banting or not. Its just as good as regular pizza and all the ingredients r unprocessed and easy for ur body to break down and digest. I eat this way guilt free on a regular basis, fat head burgers and deserts included. I do this least twice a week. Never effects my weight
