So it begins!
I've been doing some travelling around on this site and I've noticed that 1. People need to buddy up more and 2. that there is an need for some inspiration and motiviation as far as journal entries and food logs.
I have promised myself to work REALLY hard in the coming months to be that, a source of inspiration and motivation. No matter who you are, where your at or what your goals are we can be a cohesive team.
So, with that being said..I have started a group..if you check my groups it should be in there..the PANU/PALEO/PRIMAL BLUEPRINT/ZONE CROSSFIT group. If you want to feel healthy AND get ripped this will be the group for you! Join it and lets stay focused.
Besides that I will be posting periodical challenges (that are of course PaNu/Paleo/Primal nature). So, keep your eyes peeled for those in the coming months.

Oh! As a side note, I am basically off my program for another week. I am going to maintain a few things and lay off the sugar but, I'm gonna eat rice and pasta when the need arises!! hahah!!
