OK tomorrow I am seriously getting my arse in gear and sorting out my eating habits for good. (if I had a penny)
Im recovering from an eating disorder and have gained ALOT of weight. Im really trying not to not let this consume me but its now time to make healthy changes that I can maintain for the rest of my days.
I want to feel and look healthy.
I dont want to look at this as dieting, thats when I feel pressure to succeed. I just want to eat normally, or how someone would normally eat.
No crash dieting....Slow and Steady wins the race.
