Well I got through my first day of eating right and almost through the 2nd day. I actually felt good when I got up this morning, I didn't feel the hard bloating feeling. I'm craving something sweet right now, I think I will have 1/4 cup of cereal with skim milk. I walked on my first 15 min break at work, I walked my 1/2 lunch and ate lunch at my desk and walked on my last 15 break, I need to buy baby wipes to wipe down afterwards, it is really hot out her in the high desert. I just want to get through the first 3 days of eating right then it shouldn't be that hard with cravings. I have a wedding to attend to Thanksgiving weekend. I'm hoping to of lost at least 10 lbs by then. One day at a time. Today is a good and tomorrow will even be better.
