Didn't go to the gym yesterday and today I feel guilty about it. I enjoy going to the gym so much lately. I love how it wakes me up and gets my mind off a lot of what I'm going through. I plan on making up for yesterday on Saturday. My brother is going to go with me and be my "personal trainer" for the day lol. As far as eating I've been doing pretty good.

Well I hope evryone else is doing good.
